Donated by Dr. Lezak's daughter, Miriam Lezak. Dr. Muriel Lezak was a professor of neurology at OHSU and one of the grandparents of modern clinical neuropsychology. She wrote several editions of Neuropsychological Assessment and traveled widely for speaking and teaching engagements. In addition, she served as an expert witness in numerous legal cases involving head injury.
