Collection of medical illustrations by former OHSU faculty member Fred Harwin. Includes core collection of 350 illustrations for the Manual of Cardiac Surgery (first published in 1980, co-authored with Albert Starr and Bradley Harlan); additionally includes: 6 carbon dust illustrations, 50 full color commercial illustrations, and 30 black and white, pen and ink illustrations mostly created upon request from teaching surgeons at OHSU.
