Scope and Contents
The Oregon Public Health Association (OPHA) Records contain materials created or kept by the non-profit organization during the years 1999-2013. Materials document the administrative, financial, event, and community outreach activities of OPHA and include financial reports; grant materials; meeting minutes and agendas; policies; bylaws; correspondence; OPHA and other organizational pamphlets and flyers; conference, workshop, and board retreat materials; OPHA committee materials; board member and new member manuals and presentation materials; Legislative Day event materials; published material from related organizations; and several editions of OPHA's quarterly newsletter "The Probe".
The records are divided into two series: Physical Records and Electronic Records. The Physical Records series consists of 3 linear feet of paper-based records and print photographs. The Electronic Records series consists of 929 megabytes of text documents, spreadsheets, and digital photographs migrated from various storage media, including a thumbdrive, CD-ROMs, and 3.5” floppy disks.
