Reunion - class of 1961, 1996

The “Dental Hygiene Alumni” series, which dates from 1956 to 2003, includes personal correspondence, annual meeting minutes, the “Prophy Pals” newsletter (published from 1956 to 1969), remarks from Margaret M. Ryan, and all media related to the Dental Hygiene Program’s “50th Jubilee,” which was held in 1999. The “Prophy Pals” newsletter may be of particular interest to those wishing to better understand the level of involvement that many Dental Hygiene alumni had with the program during and after their time as students, as several notable alumni would later join the School of Dentistry faculty, allowing them to teach and mentor future generations of dental hygienists in the program they had participated in themselves.
