The collection shows Baggs’s job applications, career transitions, and work on numerous faculty boards. There is collaborative correspondence between Baggs and former students, highlighting mentorship development and programming. Research documentation shows process-long information on how Baggs conducted large-scale research projects; from the grant application stage, to the development of survey instruments, to the analyzing of survey results, and finally to the writing and presentation of the research paper.
