Letters from community groups and individuals with questions about DCH. Responses to the letters are primarily from Superintendent Grace Phelps, R.N. with one from Richard Dillehunt, M.D., Dean of the Medical School. This folder contains many different essays, speeches, and information about spending and needs that were used in letters and outreach events.
