Scope and Contents From the Collection: The Washington State Pharmacy Prescription Collection contains two boxes of loose prescriptions and one bound volume from various cities and towns in Washington between 1909 through 1957. The first box consists of miscellaneous prescriptions from the cities of South Bend, Raymond, and Aberdeen between 1912 through 1957. The second box contains loose prescriptions written by the J. L.
