Scope and Contents From the Collection: In the first box, the prescriptions scrapbook contains 1,938 written prescriptions dated between 1897 and 1899. There are up to five prescriptions pasted on each page - most of them are from the pharmacist F.H. Caldwell from North Yamhill, Oregon. The loose prescriptions - all written by various pharmacists - are contained in a folded piece of paper dated 1909.
