Mackenzie, M.D., Frank B. Eaton, A. J. Geisey, M.D., W. H. Saylor, M.D., G. M. Wells, M. D., C. H. Wheeler, M. D., Harry Lane, M.D., William Jones, M.D., Henry E. Jones, M.D., S. E. Josephi, M. D., R. B. Wilson, M.D. The resolution was adopted by the Board of Regents, June 1887. The document is written by hand on letterhead: “Office of the Board of Health, C.H. Wheeler, Health Officer”.
