Requests from community members and individuals for information about DCH. There are response letters, essays, speeches, and information about the needs of the hospital some which include specific line item budgetary needs.

Responses to the letters are primarily from Superintendent Grace Phelps, R.N. with one from Richard Dillehunt, M.D., Dean of the Medical School. This folder contains many different essays, speeches, and information about spending and needs that were used in letters and outreach events.
