The collection consists of artifacts, images, published materials, and other documents related to the work of Howard J. Stroud, A.B., M.P.H., as Executive Director of the Oregon Heart Association. Stroud served as director of the association for 20 years.

Strategic Communications at OHSU manages the media produced by and about the university, including major news stories and events. The collection was transferred from the various iterations of this department and consists of assorted publications created by and about OHSU.
