The materials cover the range May 18, 1917 to August 3, 1920 and document a wide range of committee business including authorizations, employment, graduation and military issues related to Base Hospital 46.

1 Black leather bound volume containing notes on records of gifts made to the Medical School. The inner cover contains a note from R. B. Dillehunt. The volume covers the years 1914 to 1931.

Covering various periods through the years 1932 through 1942, and encompassing budgetary information ranging from fees, anuities and payments, the Business Office records contain documents related to the Outpatient Clinic, Doernbecher Hospital, the School of Nursing, the School of Medicine and the National Youth Authority.

This collection primarily shows graduates of the Physician Assistant program 1997-2009.

Petition and correspondence regarding the establishment of a medical school in Portland, Oregon.

Covering various periods through the years 1897 through 1937, and encompassing financial records, bank vouchers and ledgers, tuition receipts, automobile financial records, and other bank records related to the University of Oregon Medical School (now OHSU) School of Medicine Dean’s office.

The School of Medicine Alumni Association donated a collection of framed black and white portraits of past Alumni Association presidents in the period 1913-1987.

The Department of Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology (DMICE) Records consist of comparative effectiveness reviews created and published by DMICE (OHSU Department of Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology) during the years 2005-2008 on the usage of pharmaceuticals and other treatments for health conditions, diseases, and mental illness, including diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, hypertension, and depression.

The Medical Faculty Auxiliary (MFA) of the School of Medicine at OHSU donated these materials in 1997, upon the 50th Anniversary of its creation. Long known (1947-85) as the "Faculty Wives Club" it has a long history of being both a social network for spouses and "significant others" of medical students and personnel and a source of fund-raising and volunteerism for various things not covered in budgets. The collection expands on those activities.

The collection contains minutes of the UOMS Executive Faculty spanning 1969-1973, including attached documents, policies, proposals and correspondence.
