1900- Multnomah County establishes hospital for the poor in Goose Hollow. 1920- Move to Marquam Hill. 1926- Doernbecher Children's Hospital opens. 1931- Outpatient Clinic opens. 1939- Tuberculosis hospital opens. 1953- Medical School approved for hospital. 1973- Multco. Hospital transferred to State Control. 1975- Consolidation of University Hospitals North, South and OPC.
