Historical Note
The OHSU Graduate Student Organization (GSO) was created by and for the School of Medicine graduate students. GSO currently represents the following programs: Behavioral Neuroscience, Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Informatics, Cancer Biology, Cell & Developmental Biology, Clinical Research - Human Investigations Program, Clinical Nutrition, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science & Engineering, Health Care Management, Joint MD/PhD, Medical Physics, Molecular and Medical Genetics, Molecular Microbiology & Immunology, Neuroscience, Physiology & Pharmacology and Molecular & Cellular Biosciences. The GSO present awards, holds monthly meetings and various committees, advocates for graduate students, and promotes communication with faculty.

Abstract
The Graduate Student Organization Records consists of three 5" x 12" boxes, one 24" x 32" box, and one rolled 24" x 72" banner. All items are in good condition. The OHSU Graduate Student Organization (GSO) was created by and for the School of Medicine graduate students. The GSO present awards, holds monthly meetings and various committees, advocates for graduate students, and promotes communication with faculty.
