Bertha Hallam bookplate collection
A collection of bookplates from a wide variety of sources collected over the years by Bertha Hallam, UOMS librarian.
Robert Herbert Miles class notes
Dr. Robert Herbert Miles (1902-1990) attained his M.D. from the University of Oregon Medical School in 1929. He practiced in the San Francisco area for most of his life. This collection contains his class notes from the 1920s and some photographs of Miles later in life.
Oregon schools of medicine and nursing student records collection
The Willamette University School of Medicine, founded in the 1860s in Salem, and the Multnomah School for Nurses, founded in 1910 at the Multnomah County Hospital, eventually merged with the University of Oregon Medical School in 1915 and 1932, respectively. This collection consists of matriculation registries, gradebooks, educational correspondence, and student records evidencing the academic achievements of students from these institutions.
