Robert L. Bacon papers
Robert L. Bacon, Ph.D. was a great advocate of graduate and continuing medical education. This collection contains applications, bulletins, correspondence, and brochures showing the variety of programs available. Also included are medical illustrations, radiographs, x-rays, and research presentation materials accessioned in March of 2014.
David W. E. Baird papers
David W. E. Baird graduated from the University of Oregon Medical School in 1926. He served as Associate Dean, and then Dean of the School of Medicine from 1943 to 1968, was responsible for the administration of the Oregon Primate Center, and a member of the Portland Clinic staff. This collection consists of news articles, photographs, publications, reports, policies, and correspondence from Baird’s time as Associate Dean until his retirement.
J. Peter Bentley Faculty Senate papers
J.Peter Bentley was trained in England as a biochemist before coming to the U.S. to do wound healing research at Harvard. He continued this in Oregon after getting his Ph.D. at University of Oregon Medical School. Also known as a student mentor and Assistant Dean of Planning, he was picked in 1976 to lead a study group on creating a Faculty Senate. These related files were donated in 1998.

Jack Clinton papers
Jack Clinton spent nearly 60 years at OHSU School of Dentistry. In 1964 he began serving as an instructor, and from 2004 to 2012, served as the of Dean of the School of Dentistry. The collection represents the years from 1961 to 2004 and includes policies and manuals, pamphlets, memoranda, faculty rosters and phone lists, certificates, licenses, awards, and educational resources. A significant topic in the collection is the standardization of dental practice and of dental education.

The collection consists of a photograph album containing various scenes of student and professional life around the University of Oregon Medical School campus.
Robert Stone Dow papers
The genesis of neurological sciences research in the Pacific Northwest is detailed in this collection. Dr. Robert Stone Dow (1908-95) was locally educated at Linfield College (BA 1929), and University of Oregon Medical School (M.A., M.D., 1934; Ph.D., 1935). Mentored by Dr. Olaf Larsell he began his life's work in Neurology which resulted in the creation of the Neurological Sciences Institute (NSI).
