Nancy Biehn nursing collection
Nancy Biehn graduated from the University of Oregon School of Nursing in 1960. This collection which dates from 1957 to 1960, consists of nursing garb, certificates, photographs, correspondence, and programs concerning her commencement and immediate post graduate life.
Doctoral hoods collection
The doctoral hood has been worn by scholars during graduation ceremonies since the 14th century. The Doctoral hoods collection consists of three doctoral hoods, one from the University of Michigan, another from New York University, and the last from University of Oregon as well as two long, corduroy and velvet fabric bags.
Hilda E. Drum collection
Hilda Drum attended the University of Oregon Medical School in the X-Ray Technology program. She was later appointed Chief Technician and eventually became a faculty member. The collection contains Department of Radiology and class photographs, social event photographs, a scrapbook, correspondence, notes, certificates, and newspaper articles.
OHSU Division of Physician Assistant Education records
This collection primarily shows graduates of the Physician Assistant program 1997-2009.
President’s Office records
The collection consists of administrative records covering the peroid of 1953 to 1985. Main points of the collections are centered on women's campus housing, the Portland VA medical center, and campus planning.
School of Dentistry Archive collection
The Tacoma College of Dental Surgery moved to Portland in 1899 and, through many years of growth and changed, eventually became today's OHSU School of Dentistry. The collection consists of records, minutes, correspondence, administrative documents, pictures, publications, curriculum and school materials and other materials related to teaching and work done in the OHSU School of Dentistry.
