The material is mostly cumulative hospital and clinic statistics from 1945 to 1975. Also included are studies and surveys on the Outpatient Clinic, a patient file, a historical University hospital timeline, and other records.

This collections holds records of some of those institutions, including hospital registers, death books, and other assorted registration and medical care ledgers dating from 1915 to 1973.
University of Oregon Medical School nursing clerkship papers
UOMS Dept. of Nursing held clerkships during WWII, which has been defined as "Clinical clerkship: Full-time supervised learning experience in a clinical setting". Several patient studies were made by nurses. Eight of them are included here.

Clerkships were required of University of Oregon Medical School general surgery students during their third and fourth years of school. The materials consist of senior papers written by UOMS students on a variety of topics pertaining to medical illnesses, diagnoses, and treatments during their final year of surgical clerkships.

This collection is a multitude of materials reflecting the wide-ranging interests of the Business and Public Relations Offices. Among them are supply invoices; correspondence with campus, city and state offices; finances; hospital and clinic programs and procedures; student education, commencement programs, catalogs, and other printed materials; and press releases.

UOMS/OHSU Library records
The OHSU library was founded in 1893 as part of the University of Oregon Medical Department. In 1919, the library’s 4,000 books moved up the hill to what is now Mackenzie Hall. In 1939, the library moved into a new building next door and then relocated again in 1991 with the opening of the Biomedical Information Communication Center (BICC). This collection spans the library’s history, with materials produced largely by library employees and committee members.
Raymond E. Watkins papers
Raymond E. Watkins was a noted obstetrician and gynecologist. He became professor of obstetrics in 1922 and served as the dean of the department. His collections consists of papers, research data and articles related to his work and that of his colleagues.
